We have two set menus
at 30 and 40 euros
both of which include some of the chef's specialities:
- Grilled foie gras and celery crumble
- "Country style" perch garnished and cooked with vegetables
- Saddle of hare with pot-roasted chicory stuffed with mushrooms
- Poulet en barbouille de marguerite perrochon (Chicken cooked
in a traditional gravy of red wine and blood)
